Ambassadors 2012

Congratulations to the 2012 - 2013 Student Ambassadors!

The mission of the Student Ambassador Program is to help develop and refine communication skills and professional development for students who participate in the program.

By participating in community service projects, both at the College and throughout the community, students will begin to recognize what they can do as individuals and as a group to identify and correct problems that affect our everyday lives. It is our intention that Student Ambassadors learn to be more effective and motivated instruments of change in society.

Student Ambassadors also have the official position of acting as hosts/hostesses for various College events such as guest speakers, alumni activities, college tours, and new student Academic Welcome, to name a few. Ambassadors provide enthusiasm and positive experiences through leadership while providing assistance to the College community. This assistance translates into increased services to currently enrolled students as well as prospective students.
