Andy Mengel and Jim Ruffins distributed a draft of the Self-Study Design. Suggestions for changes to the timeline and editing of committee charges were discussed by the committee. Andy Mengel and Jim Ruffins agreed to revise the Self-Study design and distribute it to committee members for an electronic vote in September.

The committee discussed ways to keep the College community involved and informed including a web page, regular updates during Professional Development Week during fall and spring semester and forums during the semester.
