At our meeting we revised the introduction (copy attached). We also agreed that Tom will write a very rough draft of the entire report for the committee. This will be distributed no later than Monday, April 21 for review at our April 22 meeting. The committee will be prepared on the 22nd to edit the rough draft into agreeable form. That document will then be reedited by Tom and Liz and be redistributed to the committee, with copies to service area directors for comments. The plan is to have the final report ready for signing off by May 13.
