The committee was informed that Tom Ott & Liz Speakman would meet with the Deans to discuss their impressions of the Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration cycle.

Three areas remain for interviews: Cashier ( Tom Ott), Student Activities ( Dave Freeman), Orientation & Retention (Kathy Mulray).

Agreement of the end-game process was as follows:

1. All responses to interviews will be collected. Please send these to Tom, who will copy and forward them to Liz.
2. An introduction to the report will be written by Tom.
3. Tom & Liz will write the first draft as a compilation of the drafts.
4. The whole committee will review the draft document.
5. Once the committee has agreed to the text, copies will be sent to those interviewed for the report for comment.
6. The committee will determine whether returned comments merit inclusion in the final report.

Giriga agreed to see John Pinto, Chair of the Learning Lab Department for clarification of assessment practices.

Next meeting: Tuesday, March 25. Liz will preview the power point presentation of our March 27 presentation to the college.
