Joe Murray helped us start examining the process of program evaluation. He obtained some materials from Addie Butler's office, and at our next meeting, he plans to follow up by bringing copies of the program audit guidelines for each member. He has also volunteered to begin collecting faculty evalution plans from the various departments. Ji Gao presented his department's F. E. plan to the group, which led to a discussion about the effectiveness of the college's faculty evaluation methods.
