Announcements: Committee first drafts are due to Kathy and Sharon by May 21. The drafts will be posted on the web by May 28. Following the posting, there will be a two-week electronic forum for the community to respond to the drafts. Fall Professional Development week will focus in part on the Middle States process. Two mornings will be devoted to IC and EE presentations of the second drafts.

Don and Fran's committee is continuing to work. They will include the Diversity plan in their analysis. They also intend to interview the President.

Judy and Steve are in the editing stage. Steve noted how helpful the forum was to the process. They have done a few Advisory Committee surveys and will develop their recommendations.

Barbara and Ji presented a draft of their committee's forum presentation.
