Quality Viability Indicators (QVIs) and 335 Forms
Quality and Viability Indicators
Each year, programs that are not
completing a program audit need to submit a QVI or mini-QVI
(your Dean will inform you which is necessary in a given
year). The purpose of the QVI is you provide a snapshot of
your program. It can be thought of as an early warning
system for any potential problems that might surface later
in an academic program audit. Below are the guidelines for
the QVI and the mini-QVI.
