Chestnut Hill College Dual Admissions Agreement
Chestnut Hill College’s School of Undergraduate Studies (traditional day) and School of Continuing and Professional Studies (evening/accelerated) welcome applicants to the Dual Admissions Program in order to facilitate the transfer of students from Community College of Philadelphia to Chestnut Hill College with third-year (junior) status for the purpose of entering a bachelor’s degree program.
Dual Admissions Eligibility
To be eligible for this program, students must:
- Submit a dual admissions intent form before earning no more than 45 college level credits from Community College of Philadelphia or any other college/university. Once a student has completed this form, he or she is strongly encouraged to meet with a Chestnut Hill College admissions representative and a Community College of Philadelphia counselor to develop a course taking strategy.
- Complete the appropriate Chestnut Hill College application during the final year of the Community College of Philadelphia degree program and satisfy all other regular Chestnut Hill College admissions requirements.
- Graduate from Community College of Philadelphia with any Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.), or approved Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree (Accounting, Behavioral Health/Human Services, Computer Information Systems-Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or Justice). - Graduate from Community College of Philadelphia with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 for the School of Undergraduate Studies (SUS – day program) or a 2.0 for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS – evening and accelerated program).
