The Academic Affairs Office at Community College of Philadelphia is responsible for instructional and academic issues. The Vice President for Academic Affairs oversees the following areas: Division of Business and Technology; Division of Mathematics, Science and Health Careers; Division of Liberal Studies; Division of Educational Support Services; Division of Adult Community Education; Division of Flexible Learning Options and Academic Technology (FLOAT); the Teaching Center and the Office of Curriculum Development.

Dr. Judith Gay, Vice President for Academic Affairs, is also responsible for all academic programs, both credit and non-credit, as well as Academic Advising and Academic Computing.
