Salsa Cruda

This Mexican salsa is a basic condiment. Serve with chips or use to top barbecued or roasted meats. Shortly before serving, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve at room temperature. Serves 3–4.

4large ripe tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
2-3 hot fresh green chilis, finely chopped
½cup chopped fresh cilantro
salt to taste
